Effective October 2026
This explains what happens when you visit relesson.com or join the ReLesson waitlist. It’s short because we keep very little. The ReLesson app will have its own privacy policy before it opens.
Who we are
ReLesson is run by ReLesson LLC, a California company that is being formed. Questions, or anything else about your information: info@relesson.com.
What we keep
If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and the time you added it. We also note whether we’ve emailed you about early access, and whether you’ve made a ReLesson account with the same address, so we know who to invite and whose address to delete later. That’s all. We don’t ask for your name, age, or anything else, and we don’t use cookies, analytics, ads, or tracking of any kind on this site.
Like any website, the companies that host this site keep standard server logs of visits, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use those logs to identify you or to market to you.
What we use it for
Only to email you about ReLesson’s launch and early access. We don’t use the list for anything else, and every email will have a way to stop them.
Who else handles it
We don’t sell or share your information, and we never will. A few companies handle it on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:
- Supabase, which stores the waitlist
- Vercel, which hosts this site
- Resend, which sends our emails
- Our own email provider, when we write to you ourselves about early access
We may share information if the law requires it, or if ReLesson is ever sold or merged, in which case this notice keeps applying to it.
How long we keep it
Until six months after ReLesson opens to the public. Then we delete the address of everyone on the list who didn’t create an account.
Your choices
Want off the list, or to see what we have? Email info@relesson.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll take care of it, usually within a few days. California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct their information and to not be discriminated against for asking. We don’t sell or share personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of.
This site doesn’t track you across other sites, so it treats every visitor the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
Kids
The waitlist isn’t meant for children under 13. If you think a child under 13 joined, email us and we’ll delete it.
Keeping it safe
The list can’t be read from this site or the app, except by ReLesson staff on a staff-only screen. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep as little as we can, and that’s the best protection there is.
Changes
If this changes, we’ll update the date above. If a change affects how we use your email, we’ll tell you before it applies.
